This week I successfully restored data from a client's backup and set everything up on their new computer which they had sourced elsewhere (I'm not fussy or precious about this: if you think you can get a better deal, then do it!).
My first interactions with a client can be very telling.
We're always on the go at Kohera. About 50% of our time is spent doing visits to offices and in some cases homes. The other 50% is spent designing, developing software, coordinating documentation and driving the business forward.
